  • We suggest that you contact us as soon as you know what equipment you need since rental equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Yes, we offer equipment delivery and pick-up services that you can access via our Delivery | Service page. We can also provide a technician to help set up and operate the equipment if needed. Please call us for a cost estimate.

  • We do not require a deposit for equipment rentals, but a valid credit card is needed to reserve any equipment in advance.

  • We currently do not accept checks as payment for rentals. All payments must be made online using a valid credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We regularly update our inventory to offer the latest and most advanced rental equipment, although sometimes there may be a lag between updates. If you cannot find what you need on our website, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to fulfill your rental needs.

  • You will need a credit card to reserve rental equipment in advance. If you decide to change or cancel your rental order less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery, you may lose all or part of your rental balance.

  • Our rental equipment undergoes frequent testing and should operate normally upon pick-up or delivery. However, if you encounter any issues while using our equipment, we will provide instructions on how to operate it effectively. If the equipment is found to be faulty, we will investigate the problem, and you will receive a full reimbursement for the rental.

  • If any rental equipment is damaged, we will notify you within 72 hours of its return or pick-up. We will then provide a repair estimate to show you the cost of damages, and you will be responsible for covering these charges.

  • We offer delivery to any location, with a focus on areas in and around London.

  • Although our standard delivery hours are from 7am to 8pm, we are available to deliver to you at any time of the day or night.

  • Yes, absolutely. Our warehouse is open on weekdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm for pickups and returns.

  • The standard setup for our mobile kitchen uses just under 5kW of power. We do offer generator rentals for supplying the necessary power. For a bespoke setup or a different configuration, please get in touch with our Booking team, who can provide you with a power breakdown based on your specific needs.

  • Most of our items are available on a weekly rate, but a select few can be hired on a daily basis.

  • Yes, we have a sustainability policy that you can read on our website.

  • Yes, we have a COVID risk assessment that you can also find on our website.

  • If a job is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery, there is a 25% cancellation fee. For confirmed Mobile Kitchen and Man & Van jobs, a cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to delivery incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Ideally, we would need confirmation by 3pm on the working day before your scheduled delivery. This allows us enough time to prepare and check availability.

  • Yes, we can arrange next day delivery for urgent orders. Please contact us directly to discuss further.

  • Yes, we offer weekend delivery. However, please note that scheduling needs to be arranged during office hours, which are from 8am to 6pm on weekdays.

  • Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open for returns over the weekend. Please arrange for returns during our weekday office hours.

  • Yes, we can store chilled, frozen, and ambient products ahead of your shoot. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific requirements.

  • Yes, our Booking team can arrange equipment set up and breakdown services to meet your bespoke requirements.

  • Yes, we can supply one of our drivers in a Luton for your shoot.

  • We offer Voltstack generators in 2kW and 5kW sizes, which are eco-friendly. We also offer petrol generators in the same sizes, as well as a Battery Powerbank for smaller items.

  • No, there is no minimum order value. You can order as much or as little as you need.
